Choosing a color from an image

Select an image, then click the area you want in the preview. Use the selection marker and coordinates to confirm the pixel, then copy HEX or RGB. Enter coordinates to select the same pixel again.

Reading the color value

HEX #e8e8e8 is RGB 232, 232, 232. Alpha describes opacity: 1 is fully opaque and 0 is fully transparent. The value comes from the image pixel; screen brightness and surrounding colors can change how it looks.
